What Do We Offer?
At Urban Fitness, we specialise in group training classes, small group personal training and one to one personal training. When you get started with us, you will get the chance to have a detailed consultation with one of our coaches to see what route is best for you.
Group training is at the core of everything we do. With our group classes, you will follow a tried-and-tested training programme with the support of like-minded individuals, and train in a fun and motivating team environment with our other members. Similarly, we also offer small group personal training if you want to work out in a group of four people or less or one to one personalised bespoke training.
We have a wide range of equipment at our gym – including rigs, assault bikes, weight-lifting equipment, free weights and much more. Everything that you need for your fitness journey you will be able to find at our state-of-the-art gym.
We have a variety of highly-experienced and qualified coaches all from different backgrounds that are there to help you reach your goals. Our coaches at Urban Fitness are established industry leaders within their craft, and offer both 1-2-1 and small group personal training sessions as well as leading our classes.
