Should you prefer to train in a smaller group, our Small Group Personal Training may be the option for you. It is a less expensive option than our One to One Personal Training, and is great if you still want to train with a group but have some extra attention. Our Small-Group Personal Training is carried out in a small group, no larger than four people and you get to train with like-minded people on a similar mission as yourself in a fun atmosphere set up for success. You will still get personal training treatment, one-to-one assessments and evaluations, and a program designed and tailored specifically to your needs that is regularly reviewed and adapted.
