I’ve never spent much time in a gym …. Until I discovered Urban Fitness!! I love working to a programme that changes regularly and I know I’m getting the right training for me. In the 15 months I’ve been there I feel stronger and healthier - and because it’s a class with a fantastic instructor I actually go!!! Would recommend to all but especially women over 50 as strength is so important for your health!!

Having been a gym user for over 40 years I needed a new challenge as all progress had stalled. I joined Urban fitness about 3 months ago and have made great progress and am back enjoying my workouts again. Small classes, great gym layout and equipment and coaches that know how to motivate and to get results for you. The knowledge, advice and support around both training and nutrition that you receive is first class. Classes are a mixture of all ages and levels and everybody there is friendly and supportive. I've made more progress in the past 3 months than I had in the previous 10 years. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about joining to give it a go.

I was very nervous going back to a gym after so long. I signed up for the six week programme for women over a certain age! I’m 5 weeks in and so glad I started this programme. I can already see the results but most importantly feel so much better. I’m already much stronger and determined to stick with it. The supervision and attention to detail – technique and demonstrating the exercises and then checking you are doing them correctly gives me confidence that I won’t get injured. It’s a lovely environment.

I joined Urban fitness in janaury, After putting on alot of weight and having a baby. Couldn’t be happier with the gym and the group training. I have lost weight got stronger and feel better physically and mentally. The lads in the gym couldn’t be more helpful and their knowledge is next to none. Always there when need to ask absolutely anything and to guide you to make sure your form is correct to prevent any injuries. Can’t believe I can say this but I absolutely love going to the gym now and it’s just a normal part of my life now to try get those sessions in when I can around been a busy mam of 3! If you are thinking about coming down to urban go for it best change you’ll ever make for your life and everyone is so friendly and welcoming nothing like the usual commercial gyms. Thanks lads!

Took me 8 weeks to write this as I never put anything out there just after first impressions. Urban Fitness is a place where you get professional training and constant support for those who want to change something in their life for good! I have been training with Rob, Gary and Killian for 8 weeks and its been fantastic - weight is going down, getting stronger and fitter. I did the six week challenge here under the guidance of Rob and his team, I was able to lose 4.5 kgs in this time and I am quite happy with the guidance and attention they provide, the app is easy to use as well, and helps a lot to keep track of the weights you do every week. I would recommend this to everyone regardless of what age group you are, the coaches are very friendly and help you with each work out.

I joined Urban fitness three weeks ago for a six week group training period, I can already feel and see the difference in this short time, sleep is improved and mind is more focused. Great trainers who are always pleasant and professional.The work outs are in a very well kitted out gym, with a maximum of 12 members at a time.No doubt, I will be extending my membership beyond the six weeks.

I did the six week challenge here at the beginning of 2024. I was looking to make up for the excessive gluttony at Christmas. Within the six weeks and with the expert classes designed by the team at Urban Fitness, my body shape completely changed. I lost a tonne of weight without engaging too heavily in a restricted diet. I also started to see definition and strength that I'd never seen before from other exercise routines. And in only six weeks! If you're looking for a gym to drive you to looking better and feeling better then this is the place to go. Can't recommend them enough!

Normally hate going to the gym but loved going to Urban Fitness - classes were great and felt like you were getting a personal trainer. Instructor always took the time to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly and made it fun too. Great set up and catered for people of all shapes, sizes and ages.

I would definitely recommend Urban Fitness to friends and family. It's in an excellent location, with great equipment and excellent trainers. The workouts are challenging, there's no egos in the gym and the trainers support and motivate you to achieve your goals. I've definitely seen the results, my only regret is that I didn't join sooner.

Having been gym-phobic most of my life I recently plucked up the courage to have a consultation, try out the 6 week programme and ultimately join Urban Fitness! A great team of coaches who encourage you every step of the way. Classes are small and unintimidating. I feel better than I have in a very long time and have to say it's great when you emerge after a session knowing that you've worked hard and pushed yourself. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Urban Fitness highly enough.

Highly recommend the team at Urban Fitness! I was looking to build a sustainable exercise routine, to be challenged and to enjoy myself along the way. The classes at Urban Fitness combine the benefits of person training (a trainer who knows you and your individual goals) and the positive atmosphere you get from a group class. If I could give urban more stars I would!It can be very daunting going into a gym and started from scratch but from day one I felt completely at ease. The coaches go over everything and in great detail at the beginning of every class and help you through it which is so helpful!Each coach has giving me different variations of how to help with my nutrition until I found what works for me and encourage you to stick to it!There is no big egos in the gym and everyone is so friendly makes you look forward to your class rather than dread it 😅Rachel

I had never been in a gym in my life until I came across an ad for Urban Fitness 6 week programme. I'm a fifty something year old woman who wanted to get fit and loose a bit of weight. Joining Urban Fitness was the best thing I did for myself in 2022.I used to exercise and play sport a lot when I was younger but with college and then work this slowly reduced to almost zero exercise a week.Urban Fitness has got me to the best i have ever felt and fittest I’ve ever been in the less than 6 months I have been there, but most importantly has got me motivated and back into a consistent exercise routine.
