This is an offshoot of the Group Coaching System it is a female only class with its own unique atmosphere and structure.
The program is designed to be higher intensity then the programs most group coaching members do. This helps to shed weight and increase energy levels while still developing a base level of strength. The programs is constantly changing to offer new challenges and make the workouts more engaging.
If there are specific elements that you would like to include or if you have any limitations the coach will adapt the program to suit your needs. This his how we ensure that women of all levels will be catered to and that everybody is challenged appropriately
We offer a semi-private personal training experience with classes restricted to 8 women in each class. This helps to ensure that everybody gets the attention that they need to get results at a more affordable rate than personal training.
Our coaching staff are extremely experienced with many of them having spent years tutoring and lecturing prospective personal trainers.
