What Training Options Do Urban Fitness Provide?
We offer a wide range of training programs, including Group Training, Small Group Personal Training, and 1-1 Personal Training.
Our Group Training experience is like none other, and it’s at the heart of everything that we do here at Urban Fitness. Our group training gives you the benefit of being able to follow our tried and tested training programmes, with the added benefit of being surrounded by a group of supportive, motivating and like-minded individuals.
If you prefer training in a smaller group, then you may enjoy our Small Group Training, which is essentially personal training carried out in a small group of maximum 4 people. Or if you want a full, one on one experience, then our 1-1 Personal Training is the way to go, for that extra focus, and attention on you.
