Remember, the higher your muscle mass the more rapid your fat loss will be. By using strength training you will exponentially speed up your fat loss. Shift your focus from cardio to weights and increase your metabolic rate. A higher metabolic rate equals faster fat loss. You’re going to transform into Lean and Strong not the Incredible Hulk, I swear.
