We offer a variety of training methods here at Urban Fitness to suit each and every member as we know that everyone enjoys different styles of training. We have created a non-intimidating and encouraging community of members and coaches to make your training experience enjoyable, and we will support you to achieve long-lasting health and fitness results.

  • Group Training

We offer a group training experience like none other here at Urban Fitness, and it is at the heart of everything that we do. Our group training lets you follow our tried and tested training programmes, with the additional benefit of being surrounded by a group of supportive, motivating like-minded individuals in an atmosphere and environment set up for your success.

You will learn how to use our state-of-the-art equipment at our gym, including our Olympic weightlifting equipment, Assault Bikes, Cables, Ski Ergs, and more. Our programming and coaches bring the same training and coaching principles as 1-2-1 personal training into our group training to ensure that you get the most out of your sessions, and will provide you with the guidance and support that you need. Expect to be challenged, push yourself, and have fun.

  • Small Group Training

Our small group personal training offers you a less expensive option than 1-2-1 personal training – whilst providing you with all of the benefits that you would receive in a 1-2-1 session. Our small group training sessions are carried out in small groups of no more than four people so that you still receive high-quality attention and coaching alongside the added benefit of a group dynamic and atmosphere.

In our small-group training, you still receive personal training treatment, one-to-one assessments, evaluations and have a program that is designed and tailored specifically to your needs that is regularly reviewed and adapted. The perfect combination for those who want group training alongside 1-2-1.

  • 1-2-1 Personal Training

1-2-1 personal training provides you with the extra attention and focus that you are looking for to help you reach your goals. Our coaches here at Urban Fitness have established themselves as industry leaders in their craft and will work with you to create a training plan that works for you and will help you achieve your goals.

Our coaches will keep your training fresh, fun, effective and results-driven and not only train you but give you the confidence to perform at your very best both inside and outside of the gym. Your sessions will be completely bespoke and tailored to you, and your coach will be there to help you through every step of the way.
