Eating Too Much or Too Little

One reason as to why you may not be hitting your gym goals could be because you are either eating either too much or too little. How much and what you eat will be completely dependent on what you are looking to achieve, but often we find ourselves either over or underestimating the amount of calories we are eating which can be detrimental to our goals. By increasing the amount you move, through activities such as walking more, you can increase your NEAT and burn more calories which will help you to achieve your weight loss goals much easier.
