My Waitlist - A schedule to remind you which classes you are on the waiting list for (this should never really be used email if you can't get into a class that suits you.
My Appointments – A personal schedule to remind you which times you have booked consultations or individual personal training.
My Purchases - See any purchases you have made using the Mindbody App.
My Account - See the current details we have stored on your profile and which active memberships and packages you have available.
Buy Services – This is where you go to purchase any services, memberships or consultations at the gym (you can't buy merchandise here)

Why isn't the App letting me book classes?
The App should show a yellow "Book class" button if it isn't it's normally because you aren't logged in to your profile or don't have an active membership.
If this isn't the case or you are having another issue then please get in touch, we will get you booked in and the problem resolved. We are constantly working to improve your experience and trying to add new features.
How do appointments work?
If you are looking to schedule individual time with a coach for personal training, nutritional advice or body composition testing then you can book it through the App.
When you book an appointment the trainer needs to confirm the time. If the times that are available don't suit you then get in touch and we will work it out.
Do I have to use the App?
Yes, you do have to use the App it helps to give all our members a high quality service.
- Each hour long slot is generally capped at 8 members.
- It allows our coaches to anticipate your needs in advance and check notes on new clients.
- It gives us an idea of how you are getting on even if you aren't sticking to a consistent schedule.
- We use attendance levels to make decisions on adding additional times to the schedule.
What do I do if the App doesn't work on my phone?
If you are unable to use the native iOS or Android Apps on your phone then you can book into your classes using a browser (here) on your phone or computer.
How far in advance can I book classes?
Generally we recommend that people book their classes for the up coming week or two. We don't have a restriction in place and we obviously don't want people taking up places that other people want.
You shouldn't have any issues getting the times that suit you and we are always willing to add in additional times based on demand
